How MLM Business Presentation Can Be More Effective On Cold Prospects


Have you noticed that the old “tried and true” closing techniques which were once successful have completely lost their effectiveness over the years? They just don’t work anymore.
But many network marketers still use them because that’s all they know. 

They’re working from that old, ineffective prospecting mindset. And they’re making the same mistakes over and over again.
I’d like to talk about four classic sales closing mistakes from the old traditional approach that will put you on the wrong path if you’re not careful.
1. Deliver a strong, enthusiastic sales pitch
People almost always feel “pushed” by sales enthusiasm, especially when it’s coming from someone they don’t know.
You see, a strong sales pitch includes the unspoken assumption that your product or service is a great fit for the other person. But think about it. You’ve never spoken with them before, much less had a full conversation. You can’t possibly know much about them at this point.
So to them, you’re just another salesperson who wants them to buy something. And so the walls go up.
It’s much better to modestly assume you know very little about your prospect. Invite them to share some of their concerns and difficulties with you. And allow them to guide the conversation, rather than your pre-ordained strategy or pitch.
2. Your goal is to always make the sale
When your target in cold prospecting is to always make the sale, prospects are aware of your agenda. And almost immediately, they’re on the defensive. After all, you’re primarily focused on yourself and the sale – not on them.
In the old traditional mindset, you forge ahead with the hope of closing the deal. You’re coaxing, persuading, and pushing things forward.
But most business presentation break down the moment the other person feels this sales pressure.
Why?
Because they don’t know you and they don’t trust you.
So the momentum you’re trying to create actually triggers a backlash of suspicion and resistance. They’re trying to protect themselves from a potential “intruder” with what appears to them as a self-serving agenda.
Instead, you can approach prospecting with a different goal. Your focus can be on discovering whether you’re able to solve a problem for the other person.
When you become a problem-solver, this feels vastly different to the person you’re talking to. You’re not triggering rejection. You’re calling with 100 percent of your thoughts and energy focused on their needs, rather than on making a sale.
3. Focus on the end of the conversation – that’s when sales are lost
If you believe that you lose the deal because you’ve made a mistake at the end of the process, you’re looking in the wrong direction. Most mistakes are made at the beginning of the presentation.
You see, it’s at the beginning that you convey whether you’re honest and trustworthy. If you’ve started out your presentation with a high-pressured sales pitch, then you’ve probably lost the other person in just a few seconds.
When you follow a sales script, strategy, or presentation, then you’re not allowing a natural, trusting conversation to evolve. So the “problem” has been put into motion by your very first words. So the place to put all your focus is at the beginning of the cold call, not at the end.
4. Overcome and counter all objections
Most traditional mlm training programs spend a lot of time focusing on overcoming objections. But these tactics only put more pressure on your prospect, which triggers resistance. And you also fail to explore or understand the truth behind what’s being said.
When you hear, “We don’t have the budget,” or, “Call me in a few months,” you can uncover the truth by replying, “What is the problem, maybe I can suggest a solution?”
And then using gentle, dignified language, you can invite them to reveal the truth about their situation.
So move away from the old mindset and try this new way of approaching your prospects. You’ll find yourself being more natural, and others will respond to you in a much more positive way.

No. 1 Reason Why People Don’t Get Results In Their Business



“Bakit wala pa rin akong resulta kahit pinapanood ko naman yung mga training?”

…’yan ang madalas na tinatanong ng marami.

Dito sa post na ‘to gusto kong pagusapan natin kung ano ba ang number 1 na dahilan bakit marami ang hindi nagkakaresulta, sa business nila at sa pagkuha ng kanilang mga goals.

Ang sagot…

Lack of Will Power.

Sa will power mo nakasalalay kung magfe-failed ka dahil hahayaan mong pigilan ka ng mga excuses at mga challenges,

o kung magkakaron ka ng success sa business mo.

Isipin mo, kaylan yung huling time na gumawa ka ng aksyon para sa mga goals mo?

Ano yung dahilan, ano yung excuses na naisip mo, at ano yung mga obstacles na dumating para hindi ka maging consistent na gumawa ng massive action?

Kapag meron kang strong will power… kaya mong malampasan lahat ng mga excuses at lahat ng mga obstacles na darating sa’yo.

Kahit anong pagsubok na ibato sa’yo, you can overcome it and you can crush it!

Will Power is VERY important.

You can have all the best advice, kahit pinapanood mo pa ang mga best training sa buong mundo…

Pero kung wala kang Strong Will Power para magtuloy-tuloy, para maging-consistent,

…darating at darating yung point sa buhay mo na may mga bagay na hahadlang sa’yo sa pagkuha ng mga goals mo.

May mga excuses ka na maiisip…

may mga challenges na darating…

tapos BOOOM…quit ka na kagad.

Kaya khit gaano pa kalupit ang mga training na inaaral mo, wala yung silbi kung wala kang strong will power.

Ang pinaka malaking problema bakit marami ang wala pa ring resulta…

Wala silang STRONG WILL POWER!

How To Guarantee Your Success





Isang gabi, habang patulog na kayo ng pamilya mo.

May narinig kang mga kaluskos sa labas ng bahay.

Hindi mo pinansin kasi sabi mo… “Baka pusa lang o aso”.

Nagulat ka na lang…biglang may kumalabog na malakas.

May sumipa sa pinto ng bahay nyo!

Pinasok kayo ng mga terorista.

Nakakatakot ‘tong mga mama na ‘to.

Nakamaskara… Itim ang mga suot… Malalaki ang mga katawan at lahat may hawak na baril.

Pinaluhod lahat ng pamilya mo sa sahig.

Tinutukan sila ng baril at armalite sa ulo.

Tapos lumapit sa’yo yung lider ng mga terorista.

Sabi sa’yo…

“Kapag hindi ka nakapag-recruit ng kahit isang downline sa business mo ngayong araw na ‘to mismo, papasabugin namin ang ulo ng mga pamilya mo!”

Tanong:

Magagawa mo kaya lahat ng paraan para makapag-recruit o makapag refer ng sales?

Imagine na totoong nangyari sa’yo ‘to.

Imagine na totoong kapag hindi ka nakapag recruit ay talagang may mangyayaring masama sa pamilya mo?

Tingin mo magagawa mo kaya LAHAT?

Imposible bang hindi ka makagawa ng paraan?

Sigurado magagawan mo ng paraan!



Buhay na ng pamilya mo ang nakasalalay eh.

Pwedeng isipin mo… Napaka O.A. naman ng example na ‘to.

Pero alam mo sa totoo lang…

Buhay talaga ng pamilya mo ang nakasalalay kung magiging successful ka o magfe-failed ka sa business mo.

Hindi sila babarilin ng mga terorista, pero ‘pag hindi ka naging successful, at kapag hindi mo ginawa ang lahat…

Hindi mo maibibigay sa kanila yung freedom, yung lifestyle na gusto mong maranasan nila.

Hindi mo mabibili yung mga bagay na gusto mong ibigay sa kanila.

At higit sa lahat, hindi ka magkakaron ng time freedom para makasama mo ang pamilya mo.

You will become successful sa business mo kapag tinangal mo na sa option mo ang failure.

Ang gusto kong maunawaan mo ay dapat hindi option sa’yo ang mag-give up o ang mag-quit.

At para magawa mo yun, kaylangan mo ng internal driver.

You need a reason WHY.

Pwedeng ang why mo ay…

Fear - Takot na baka hindi mo mai-provide ang pangangaylangan ng pamilya mo.
Love - Love for your family.
Desire - Desire magkaron ng mas maayos na lifestyle.
Passion - Passion na tumulong sa kapwa, etc.
Pag meron ka ng deep reason why, wala ng makakahinto sa’yo.

At ang nagiisang option na lang na matitira ay ang mag-SUCCEED!

Parang katulad ng kwento ni Colonel Sanders aka Mr. KFC. (founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken)

Kung hindi mo pa alam yung istorya, Ganito yun…

Si Mr. Sanders ay very passionate na ishare, at ipatikim sa mga tao ang naimbento n’yang chicken recipe.

Malamang nakatikim ka na rin ng kanyang very famous na “Fincger Lickin Good” chicken! :D

Dahil sa PASSION n’ya na maipatikim sa maraming tao ang kanyang recipe… nung 60 years old s’ya, nilibot n’ya ang buong Amerika.

Nagbahay-bahay s’ya at kumatok sa mga restaurants para i-demo sa mga restaurant owners ang kanyang naimbentong friend chicken recipe.

Nagluluto s’ya ng fried checken sa harap ng mga may ari, tapos ang deal n’ya kung magugustuhan nila yung recipe, papayagan si Mr. Sanders na ibenta nung restaurant yung chicken recipe n’ya, tapos may percent lang s’ya na makukuha kada fried chicken na mabebenta.

Pero ang masaklap… Puros rejection ang nakuha n’ya. Hindi interesado yung mga nakakausap n’ya.

Alam mo ba na umabot ng hanggang 1009 na restaurant owners yung nag-reject at tumanggi sa offer at sa recipe n’ya?

Ouch! 1009 na REJECTIONS! GRABE ang saklap nun!

Malamang yung ibang tao, pang 20 rejections pa lang ay quit na kagad.

Pero si Mr. Sanders…

Hindi option sa kanya ang mag-quit.

Hindi option sa kanya ang mag-give up.

Kaya nagtuloy-tuloy lang s’ya.

At nung makausap n’ya yung pang-1010 na restaurant owner, yun lang ang nag-YES at pumayag na makipag partner sa kanya!

And the rest is history.

Lagi akong nainspire sa istorya na ‘to…

Tingin mo, may KFC kaya ngayon kung naging option kay Mr. Sanders ang mag-quit nung makaranas s’ya ng sandamukal na rejections at failure?

Hindi sana nakakapag-generate ng 20 Billions Dollars + of sales every year ang KFC… kung una, pangalawang rejection pa lang sa kanya ay huminto na sya.

Buti na lang hindi n’ya pinili na mag-quit at mag-give up.

Kaya ikaw, kung nakakaranas ka ng kahit anong challenges sa business mo, rejections man yan, learning curve, etc. wag kang hihinto… wag ka mag-give up basta-basta.

Ang gawin mo, punta ka sa KFC, order ka ng fried chicken, tapos alalahanin mo yung inspiring story ni Mr. Sanders habang kumakain ng finger lickin good chicken! OK?

How to guarantee your success?

It’s very simple… DON’T GIVE UP!

Mag-promise ka sa sarili mo na hinding hindi ka magku-quit… Kahit kaylan! OK?

You Are Killing Yourself By Selling Your MLM Products…Find Out Why!



Do not sell your mlm product if you haven’t tried it or if you have tried it make sure that you are sold with it.

You will become less effective and sound like a phony salesman begging to have your customer’s money. That’s most beggars usually do is to beg for money.

So why sell just to have the commission? Be sincere with your customers. Your customer can sense your motion and reaction if you are telling the truth or if your intention is to have their money.

If they find out that you’re not sincere with them, no business deal will be close and no referrals. You are slowly killing yourself trying to get rich through commission only. Keep in mind that most sales are coming from the old customers not the new one. Yes, you can get new customers, but getting new customers takes a lot of time, effort and money. Your goal is to close the deal and turn the new customer into a regular customer.

Be a professional closer, do not sound like a phony salesman. If you believe in your product then you will be confident in your customer. If you fake it, it shows.

Try and test your mlm product before selling it.

– 3 Foot Rule!
Anywhere anytime, basta within 3 feet away from you, recruitin mo na daw agad.

– Flyerings!
Mamigay ng flyers na may nakasulat na Job Opportunity with salary of 10k/week Part Time and 50k/week Full Time.

These are just few of the many deceiving and not working strategies na tinuturo pa rin satin hanggang ngayon! So if you want change that will finally give you results, you should also change what you are doing that doesn’t produce results. And INTERNET MARKETING is the best way to do it sa panahon ngayon.

Building Courage to Improve your Personal Life

When you build courage, you start to improve your personal life. Building courage will help you take risks to a brighter future that you ordinarily would not take. When you build courage, you put fear behind you. courage is the process of admitting that you have fears, yet you are willing to find a way to defeat those fears and not allow these fears to take control of you. It is ok to experience your fears at appropriate times. For instance, if a bus is heading in your path, swerving you have a right to fear. There is nothing wrong with healthy fear.

 The problem is you have to put healthy fear in its place and unhealthy fear out of your life.

Once you build courage, you will learn to self-direct you in life. You will learn to accept punishment and rewards gracefully. A courageous person will often feel motivated to accept blame and responsibility while reviewing their actions and using what they learn to move forward. Courageous people will step to the front, rather than stepping back when opportunities come their way. On the other hand, a courageous person will step back and take a view at his or her mistakes gracefully.

Sometimes the courageous person is spontaneous. It is never good to plan each day, because no one knows what the next day will bring in. Think about it. How many times have you planned something all to see it shatter in your face the next day. For instance, I plan to go to the ballgame tomorrow. Come tomorrow a blizzard, hurricane, tornado, wind storm, or rainstorm could change your mind. You planned, but did you plan for the weather. Did you make a backup plan in case your first plan failed. As you can see, planning is not always in your favor, which is why courageous people are sometimes spontaneous.

A person willing to improve their life will relax. This person will relax even when plans fail. For instance, if it stormed the next day the person will find something else to occupy his or her time and feel just as happy about joining this adventure.

To become successful and improve your life you will need to learn how to trust your self. When you trust your self, you can trust others as well. Unfortunately, we live in a world where trust is hard to find, you can’t blame others when things go wrong.

Improving your life includes using your creative and critical mind. When you can create new ideas, you are off to the road to success. You have many options in this world, it takes you to pull up resources to find those options.

Sometimes in life, we feel uncomfortable. In fact, this is common. Are you willing to accept your discomforts? Perhaps at an interview you feel misplaced. Are you willing to accept this discomfort and find a way to deliver a good speech to impress the interviewer. Alternatively, are you willing to allow negative energies cost you the job.

Do you accept?
Do you accept the things you cannot change? Do you accept the things you have control over? Do you accept other people regardless of how these people act? Do you accept you for who you are? Do you accept the changes that life brings your way?

Acceptance is your key to happiness. When you can learn to accept the good with the bad, you can learn how to live happier and improve your personal life. If you cannot accept however, well, reread this article again.
